DANCEmandala is a soul-stirring, heart-expanding embodied movement journey that invites you into deep presence through music, rhythm, breath and intuitive dance.
Each session is gently guided through a carefully curated body–music map, leading you through waves of grounding, activation, release, rhythm, feeling and stillness.
Some dances are soft and inward. Others are powerful and expressive.
All are held in a safe, non-judgemental space where you are free to move exactly as you are.
There are no steps to learn and no way to get it wrong — just your body, your breath, and the wisdom that already lives within you.
The DANCEmandala Journey
DANCEmandala is more than a single class — it is a living, unfolding journey that moves through the natural cycles of:
Grounding → Release → Renewal → Radiance
Just as nature moves through seasons, we too move through phases of settling, feeling, clearing and awakening. Each session reflects this greater wave, allowing your body and nervous system to gently open, express, integrate and come back into balance over time.
You are welcome to join at any point in the cycle, yet those who come regularly experience a deepening sense of clarity, emotional release, confidence and connection as the journey continues to unfold over weeks and months.
What to expect
In a DANCEmandala session you may experience:
Grounded, slow movement
Flowing, rhythmic dance
Shaking and energetic release
Emotional and heart-led expression
Deep stillness and integration
All guided with warmth, care and intuitive leadership.
You don’t need to be a dancer.
You only need the willingness to listen to your body.
