Life-Changing One to One Wellness Coaching

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to health, and that’s why I work a little differently.

There isn't one diet, one lifestyle change, or one path to wellness. We are all bio-individual, wonderfully unique in our biological make-up and requirements. We each have our own specific needs when it comes our health, well-being and nutrition, as well as routines, practices and preferences that work best for us, our body, our beliefs and our individual life-style.

With this understanding as the foundation for how I work, I offer coaching in a way that is going to achieve the greatest, most manageable and most sustainable results for you, long-term.

I work with you in a way that is empowering rather than overwhelming, life-changing rather than a quick-fix, and I work as a heart-centred business rather than a number-driven one.

There are many high-priced wellness, diet and coaching programs out there that offer a magic quick-fix in a few short days or weeks. Whilst they may offer some benefits, they don’t usually cater for a person’s bio-individuality, they can often leave people more confused, and they’re not usually sustainable for individuals in the long term.

The Coaching Program

We meet twice a month for an hour online and I design a coaching program that is completely personalised to you.

Each coaching session is a safe and sacred space to nurture growth, healing and transformation. Together we unfold and explore the challenges you are facing and you will receive the space, support and guidance to find clarity and insight around your situation and feel empowered to move forward. We then turn this insight into tangible and manageable action steps that you can weave powerfully into your life to make real transformational change.

You work to implement these steps inbetween our coaching sessions and are continually supported by me through check-in emails, spot-coaching and the tools and resources I provide through PDF’s, audio and video, including nourishing recipes, guided practices, breathing, movement and mindfulness techniques.

I offer subscription-based coaching on a month by month basis with a minimum commitment of 3 months so that we have time to dive deep and you can make some real changes in your life. After that you can stay with me as long as you like or cancel anytime.

Before you sign up for the monthly program, I will always ask you to jump on a call with me so that we have a chance to meet and see if we both feel aligned to go on this journey together. The first official call in The Coaching Program is a 45-minute Health History Session. This is a valuable opportunity to look at your goals in detail as well as your health and wellness history. We will discuss how I can support you, and see if we’re a good match to continue coaching together. If after this call, either of us don’t feel like we are a ‘good fit’, there is no cost and no obligation to continue.

What’s Included

  • Health History Session (45-minutes)

    This is a valuable opportunity to look at your goals in detail as well as your health and wellness history. We will discuss how I can support you, and see if we’re a good match to continue coaching together.

  • Two 60-minute Coaching Sessions each month on Zoom.

    Each coaching session is a safe and sacred space to nurture growth, healing and transformation. Together we unfold and explore the challenges you are facing and you will receive the space, support and guidance to find clarity and insight around your situation and feel empowered to move forward. We then turn this insight into tangible and manageable action steps which you work on between our coaching sessions.

  • Tools and Resouces

    Throughout your coaching program I will offer guided relaxation, movement and mindfulness exercises and share other healing tools to support you on your wellness journey. This may include meditations, breathing practices, yoga, ceremony, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), movement and dance. These will usually be offered as part of a coaching session or shared through audio and video.

  • Spot Coaching

    If you need a little extra support or reassurance inbetween sessions or have a question to ask, we can jump on a quick call to find a resolution around any barriers or blocks.

  • Follow-up Emails

    After each coaching session you will receive a follow up email which may include further takeaways, wellness resources, recipes and research suggestions related to what has come up in our coaching session.

  • Guided Movement Meditation Session

    I am a certified facilitator of DANCEmandala which is transformational practice that combines movement meditation and freeform dance. Once every 3 months I offer a 90-minute DANCEmandala group session online or if you reside in the Ballina/Byron Bay area, you are invited to join my live community classes.
