Weekly Online Wellness Group for Women

Join me online every Wednesday for Wellness Space, a safe and non-judgemental space for women to come together ‘in circle’, learn the tools to master self-care and be supported as you’re navigating your own wellness journey.

We all have our reasons for wanting to improve our health but it can often feel overwhelming and isolating, and you may not know where to start when it comes to the basics like eating a more nourishing diet, and supporting physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Each week there will be a topic of focus such as nutrition (eg. managing sugar cravings and improving your diet), stress and anxiety, movement and physical activity, relationships, gratitude, sleep and rest, home cooking, social life, mindfulness and spirituality.

As a group we will explore these topics together and I will share some tools and resources to empower you on your wellness path.

In this space, you may want to share your story and experience, listen to others and discover tools to nurture your wellbeing, form healthy habits, reduce stress, increase vitality and confidence and find inner peace.

You will come away feeling more relaxed, empowered and confident to take the next step towards a healthier and happier you.
