Hello, beautiful souls! I’m Katy Bullen, a Wellness Coach committed to helping women embrace a holistic, nourishing approach to health. My own journey into wellness has been profoundly personal and transformative, shaping my path and fueling my passion for guiding others through their own life transitions.
For much of my life, I saw health as primarily physical. But over time, I came to understand that true well-being embraces the mind, emotions, and spirit as much as the body. Through life’s challenges, I found strength and renewal in holistic practices—healing therapies, mindfulness, natural remedies, and balanced living—that brought lasting change. These experiences inspired me to share these transformative tools with other women.
As your wellness coach, I’m here to empower you through life’s changes, helping you cultivate a balanced, fulfilled, and radiant self. My approach is grounded in compassion, expertise, and a true love for helping others uncover their own path to wellness. I hold certifications as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, with a strong foundation in holistic health, nutrition, varied dietary approaches, innovative coaching, and personal development.
I am also a certified Dance and Movement Facilitator, trained in DANCEmandala, Biodanza, and Yoga, with a deep passion for the healing power of movement. Since 2012, I’ve been guiding Embodied Dance and Movement classes worldwide, helping individuals discover joy, freedom, and healing through motion.
With additional experience in Reiki, Fast Track Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique, meditation, and mindfulness practices, I bring a versatile set of tools to support your journey.
